Our Tuxedo Tunic is made with an easy-care 100 percent cotton poplin fabric. We suggest you machine-wash it in cool water, using the gentle cycle and only non-chlorine bleach. Hang to dry (or tumble-dry low, briefly and remove promptly). Iron, on cotton setting, if desired.

For years we’ve been playing with the proportions and design of the iconic pleat front tuxedo shirt, taking it from a button-down boyfriend-style shirt to myriad fitted varieties. This season we introduce our Tuxedo Tunic.

Fans of our Pique Popover will recognize the familiar fit (it’s exactly the same), as well as the pretty pearl button at its classic point collar.

Possessing a quiet formality, you can dress up or dress down, our Tuxedo Tunic features a covered front button placket and concealed beneath it: a row of engraved mother-of-pearl buttons.

Created with an easy-care (read: iron only if you want to), 100 percent pinpoint cotton fabric, the Tuxedo Tunic also features half-inch wide pleats on the popover’s bib.
