We accept returns on full-price items from our online customers ONLY. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase for merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed with ALL tags attached. Removing or cutting off the security tag string secured on the garment makes your purchase ineligible for a return. (Note: Prior return authorization is not necessary. Please read the instructions on the return form printed on the back of your packing slip enclosed with your order or download a copy of the return form HERE.)

Did the size not work or you'd care for a different style? Your best bet is to hop online and order what you'd like to assure your desired size/color is available. Then pop your return in the post and as soon as we receive it we'll promptly process your return and credit your credit card on file. (Note: For all returns, regardless of carrier be sure to keep your tracking number so the package can be tracked if delayed in shipping. (Please do NOT send back any returns with a signature required.)

If you elect to use the pre-paid label included with your note and packing slip, a cost of $12 will be deducted from your total return. 

If you have an eligible return, to start the return process simply complete the return form printed on the back of your packing slip enclosed with your order. Alternatively, you can also print a version available for download HERE. Please fill out this form completely and send it to the address below via an insured, prepaid carrier, no signature required.

Note: ALL items sold in Sale category are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.

We do not accept returns of any other kind than retail orders originating at Only merchandise with the hangtag still attached to the garment can be accepted. If the hangtag has been cut off or removed in any way, your item is ineligible for return. Items purchase during an Archive Sale are FINAL sale: no returns or exchanges.

What are my shipping options and rates?

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. When free ground shipping is offered, it is only applicable within the continental United States.

During the holiday season upgraded express 3-day, 2-day, and next day Standard Overnight via air is available at an additional expense (and quoted at checkout). Please note FedEx only delivers on Saturdays if the Home Delivery option is selected. FedEx does not deliver via Express 2-day, 3-day and Standard overnight on weekends. Reference this link for FedEx shipping options and delivery times. 

Can you ship internationally?

Yes. We now ship internationally to Canada and select countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for both the cost of shipping and all custom fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed. Unfortunately Claridge + King has no control over these costs which may add significantly to your order.We are a retail online site and are not able to mark orders as "gifts" to avoid paying these charges. C + K will not misrepresent product or its value on custom forms. Claridge + King does not refund any customs fees and taxes. Note: Shipping costs will be billed at checkout, however customs/duties will be billed to the package's recipient upon delivery by the shipping company. At checkout you may opt for either FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority.

How can I track my order?

After you place your order online, Claridge + King will issue an order confirmation e-mail. Shortly after, upon the order’s completion, you will be sent an additional confirmation e-mail with details of when your order was shipped, including the tracking number of your package. 

When will my credit card reflect my refund?

Upon receipt of the package containing your return, Claridge + King will process your refund to the original credit card on file within five business days. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction is completed on our end. Please note: Your banking institution (or credit card issuer) may require several additional days to process and post this transaction credit to your account. Please call your bank for more information about any delays.

Holidays Closure

Our warehouse is closed between December 22nd to the 26th. Orders placed during that time period will be shipped on December 27th.
