We happily accept returns for our retail online customers ONLY within 30 days from the date of purchase for merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed with ALL tags attached. Removing or cutting off the security tag string secured on the garment makes your purchase ineligible for a return.
Size doesn't work or you'd care for a different style? No worries, your best bet is to hop online and order what you'd like to make sure your desired size/color is available. Then just pop your return in the post and as soon as we receive it we'll promptly process your return and credit your credit card on file. However, if you purchased an item during one of our semi-annual sales and you'd prefer a different size, simply email us within 30 days of purchase at email@example.com and we can create a coupon code for you to purchase the new size at the same price you purchased it originally.
To make a return simply complete the return form printed on the back of your packing slip enclosed with your order. Alternatively, you can also print a version available for download HERE. Please fill out this form completely, enclose with a copy of your receipt, and send it to the address below via an insured, prepaid carrier. We do not accept returns of any other kind than retail orders originating at claridgeandking.com. (If you elect to utilize the pre-paid FedEx label enclosed in your order $12.00 will be deducted from your return credit. If you live outside the Continental United States and choose to use our pre-paid label, note you will be charged the actual cost of the return shipment, not $12.00.)
Only merchandise with the hangtag still attached to the garment can be accepted. If the hangtag has been cut off or removed in any way, your item is not eligible for return.
Please play nice and send us back the garment in its original packaging with security hangtag uncut and intact. If something isn't right for you, it might be right for someone else who would like their garments sent to them in pristine condition, too. We appreciate your consideration and respect.

What are my shipping options and rates?
All free shipping orders are shipped Monday through Friday via FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. When free shipping is offered, it is only applicable within the continental United States and Hawaii.
During the holiday season upgraded FedEx Express 3-day, 2-day, and next day Standard Overnight via air is available at an additional expense (and quoted at checkout). Please note FedEx only delivers on Saturdays if the Home Delivery option is selected. FedEx does not deliver via Express 2-day, 3-day and Standard overnight on weekends. Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We now ship internationally to Canada and select countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for both the cost of shipping (done exclusively though FedEx) and any customs or import duties assessed. Shipping costs will be billed at checkout, however customs/duties will be billed to the package's recipient upon delivery by FedEx. At checkout you may opt for either FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority.
How can I track my order?
After you place your order online, Claridge + King will issue an order confirmation e-mail. Shortly after, upon the order’s completion (excluding weekends and holidays), you will be sent an additional confirmation e-mail with details of when your order was shipped, including the tracking number of your package.
When will my credit card reflect my refund?
Upon receipt of the package containing your return or exchange, Claridge + King will process your refund to the original credit card on file within five business days. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction is completed on our end. Please note: Your banking institution (or credit card issuer) may require several additional days to process and post this transaction credit to your account. Please call your bank for more information about any delays.
