Meet Elsie, our new popover inspired by our runaway hit, The Cap Sleeve League. Built with the same 2 ½-inch-high collar that gracefully stands straight up to frame your neck, or, if you prefer, fold the collar gently down. This easy piece features bracelet-length sleeves and a half-placket, similar to its predecessor, that conceals two strategically placed modesty snaps.
Created with a gorgeous, easy-care white twill fabric, Elsie has a curved shirttail front and back and is fitted at the shoulders. Note: The sizing is exactly the same through the chest, waist, and hips as our Cap Sleeve League.
