Can I enclose a card with my gift purchase?
Absolutely! As you are checking out you will have the opportunity to pen a message for your recipient. They will receive a handwritten note on Claridge + King’s custom pewter-and-white striped correspondence cards, and in lieu of a receipt with pricing information printed, they will receive a packing slip with return form attached should they need to swap a size. Additionally, each item is carefully wrapped in gray tissue paper and sealed with our custom seals.

Out-of-stock items ... What is one to do?
From time to time some items in our line takes off and we sell out quicker than we planned. If it appears your size and color in a certain item appears sold out, simply drop us a line at email@example.com and we'll double check out inventory. However, we have lots of items we call "evergreen" that bloom year after year. While some arrive within weeks, other more seasonal weight clothing might take a few months. But fear not ... We suggest you put your name on our mailing list (found on the bottom of our home page) and when new styles arrive or those staple items are restocked on our shelves, we'll send out a subtle reminder so you'll be the first to know about the latest doings at C + K. And in case you're wondering, we'll never ever abuse the privilege and sell our list, what's said between us stays between us girls. Promise.
Do you take orders by telephone?
Unfortunately, ALL orders must originate with the product's purchaser–that would be you–online. However, we are more than delighted to walk you through the process and/or answer any questions you may have on styles, colors, and fit. To ensure your credit card security and for proper validation purposes, we cannot take orders by telephone.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We make check out easy with several payment options. We accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as payment services like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. State law requires us to collect and pay sales tax for online retail purchases made in states in which Claridge + King’s business operates. They include Texas and California.
When will my credit card reflect my refund?
Returns are processed within five days of receipt. When we receive your return request, process it, and complete the paperwork on our end, you will be notified through an auto-reply email from Claridge + King indicating a refund has been issued. However, depending on your method of payment, it can take up to ten business days for your refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Where do I redeem my gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be redeemed at checkout. Here are the step-by-step instructions:
You’ll need your unique gift certificate code, which was emailed to the buyer as an attachment. It will look something like this: Z50-Y6K-COS-402
Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would. Click the shopping bag icon next to the word “items” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen to view the contents of your shopping cart. When you’re ready to check out, click the shopping bag icon again and then the box “check out”. Fill out your shipping details in our single page checkout and apply your gift certificate code in the box labeled Promo/Gift Certificate. Click “apply” and if there is a balance due, you’ll be led to the secure fields in which to insert your additional payment information.
To check the remaining balance of your e-gift certificate, go to “Shop the Goods” and under the words “gift certificates”, click “check remaining balance” to learn how much is still left on your gift card to redeem. If you have any questions, email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org.
