Absolutely! As you are checking out you will have the opportunity to pen a message for your recipient. They will receive a hand written note on a Claridge + King’s custom pewter-and-white striped correspondence card in lieu of an itemized receipt. Additionally, each item is carefully wrapped in gray tissue paper and sealed with our custom sticker.

From time to time something in our line takes off and we sell out of our supply quicker than we planned. Because Claridge + King is build on beautiful basics we design, pieces that don't go in and out like fast fashion, we have lots of items we call "evergreen" that bloom year after year. While some arrive within weeks, other more seasonal weight clothing might take a few months. But fear not!  We suggest you put your name on our mailing list (found on the gray striped bar on the bottom of our home page).


Leave your email address with us and when new styles arrive or  those staple items are restocked on our shelves, we'll send out a subtle reminder so you'll be the first to know about the latest doings at C + K.  And in case you're wondering, we'll never ever abuse the privledge and sell our list, what's said between us stays between us girls. No, unfortunately ALL orders must originate with the product's purchaser--that would be you–online.  However, we are more than delighted to answer any questions you have on styles, colors, and fit, but to insure your credit card security and for proper validation purposes, we cannot take an order by telephone. 

Shipping & Returns

We happily accept returns and exchanges for our retail online customers ONLY within 30 days from the date of purchase for merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed with all tags (including protective fabric case) attached.


To make a return simply print the return form available for download here, fill it out  completely and enclose with a copy of your receipt and send it to the address below via an insured, prepaid carrier. We do not accept returns of any other kind than retail orders originating at 


CAUTION:  If your return/exchange request is sent to ANY OTHER address other than the 14 Greenway one specified on the return form expect a substantial delay in processing


Please play nice and send us back the garment, its original plastic bag  including any case(s) and hangtag. If  something isn't right for you, it might be right for someone else who would like their garments sent to them in pristine condition, too. We appreciate your consideration and respect.


PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Regrettably, monogrammed items are not returnable. Please make your personalized selections carefully.


Accessories purchased on C + K Curates can only be exchanged within 10 days of purchase for ecommerce store credit.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship merchandise internationally. We only ship within the United States of America.

After you place your order online, Claridge + King will issue an order confirmation e-mail. Shortly after, upon the order’s completion (excluding weekends and holidays), you will be sent an additional confirmation e-mail with details of when your order was shipped, including the tracking number of your package. Note: ALL orders will be processed the following business day.


No. Unfortunately monogrammed items can’t be returned or exchanged due to–well, they’re personalized just to your liking. Please make your personalized selections carefully. Again feel free to contact us at if you have any questions about the process.

Yes. For an additional fee of $25.00 we can ship to Hawaii and Alaska. 

No. All sale merchandise is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday via Fed Ex Ground for a flat rate within the continental United States. Upgraded second day and next day air via Fed Ex  is available at an additional expense. Note: All orders are sent the following business day.


Please note we are based in Houston, Texas and hence items sent via our standard shipping method, Fed Ex Ground to addresses within Texas major metropolitan areas should receive their package in 24 to 48 hours of processing your order.


When free Fed Ex Ground shipping is offered, its only applicable within the continental United States. Residents in Hawaii and Alaska, and US territories outside the 48 we regret are not eligible for gratis shipping. We do not ship internationally including points in Canada.


Claridge + King accepts Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.


We collect 8.25 percent sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Texas.

Upon receipt of your package at Claridge + King, your credit-card refund will be processed in its original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via e-mail (to the address listed on your account) when this transaction has taken place. Please note: Your banking institution may require several additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
